Job Opening - MLS® System Data Entry and Compliance
The Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc. (ARR) is a membership-based non-profit organization. The Association provides products and services that assist our Members.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized team player with an outstanding attitude and superior interpersonal & customer service skills to join our team.
coordinate and process entry of property data into the MLS® System computer database within required time and quality parameters
ensure all listing documentation complies with regulatory requirements, standard forms and Association MLS® Rules
monitor compliance, provide guidance and education on co-operative trading standards in regard to the MLS® System
other related duties as needed
Being able to work in a close-knit team environment that is committed and caring is a key requirement of this role. A high level of professional communication via email, telephone and in person is a prerequisite of the successful applicant.
We are looking for an enthusiastic personality, with the ability to excel under pressure, and someone who possesses the drive and initiative to get things done without constant supervision.
General office knowledge and/or requirements include: Adobe Acrobat Professional, electronic filing systems; and the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
