The Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc provides a variety of ways for the public to access information on properties currently for sale in Regina and surrounding area.

Real Estate Review Newspaper

The Real Estate Review has been welcomed into Regina households since 1977. The Review is owned and operated by the members of the Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc. It is considered a premier source of real estate advertising and information in our community.

Over 40,000 complimentary copies are consistently delivered on a bi-weekly basis to Regina households. A further 3,000 copies are delivered to banks, trust companies, major hotels, confectionaries and shopping malls. Rural distribution to bedroom communities is provided during peak seasons.

The REALTOR® Channel is owned and operated by the members of the Association of Regina REALTORS®. The REALTOR® Channel is watched by over 50,000 viewers per week. Advertising on the REALTOR® Channel is available only to members of the Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc.

The REALTOR® Channel provides continuous property viewings and pertinent real estate content, enhanced by soft background music and local weather banner. Property listings are updated on a weekly basis providing an excellent source of consumer information.

REALTOR.ca Website

The Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc advertises all MLS® System property listings on the Internet at www.REALTOR.ca, recognized as Canada’s premier real estate website. This site includes residential, recreational and acreage properties for Regina and surrounding area.

REALTOR.ca is owned and operated by the Canadian Real Estate Association. There are over 100 real estate boards/associations represented on this site. It typically contains over 250,000 property listings from across the country.

All active Regina MLS® System listings are uploaded on a daily basis to REALTOR.ca to provide accurate, up-to-date property information. Residential listings may be searched by area, price range, number of bedrooms and baths and other search criteria. Information displayed on each listing ad includes the property address, building type, year built, area, lot size, rooms, photos and other data.
